Habits Which Adopt In This Ramadan
First of all Ramadan Mubarak 🌙🕌 to everyone. As we know that Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, Ramadan is the month of fasting, prayer, reflection, and community. This is the month when Allah contacted the prophet, Mohammed (S A W), to give him the verses of the holy book, or Qu'ran.
Ramadan is the month of blessings, Luckiness, and Prosperity, in this Allah open gate of Heaven(Jannah) and closed the gates of Hell (Jahanam) and Muslims across the world observe fast during the hours of daylight and spend their time in the Recital of Allah (Dhikr).
So Ramadan is the only time when we have the potential and ability to be the best version of ourselves and make ourselves better, therefore, we need to approach it with a positive attitude and adopt habits that help us maintain the positivity all through the month and receive the absolution of our sins.
1. Share with others.
It is human nature to never be satisfied with what he has and always complaining about the thing. In this Ramadan, we have to step back and appreciate everything, and thanks to the blessings of Allah and feel free to share with others what you have because sharing increases quantity not decreases it. When you share with those who have none you receive many blessings and feel a sense of peace.
2. Spending time with your loved ones.
Normally we are so busy with our daily activities, jobs, and household work we have not enough time to spend with our families, friends, and relatives but this month gives us the opportunity to be together twice a day for a month and reconnect with them. We have to make a habit of this on normal days at least once for a day we eat with our family.
3. Read Qu'ran after fair.
Make a habit to read Qu'ran after fajr and recite Qu'ran even if it is just a line or two not only in Ramadan make a habit of this for every day it not only introduces the daily recitation of Qu'ran to yourself but you role model exceptional behavior, cultivating an Islamic culture within your home.
People who read the Qu'ran on a daily basis have high ranks in the world.
4. Forgive everyone and Forget.
Ramadan brings the lesson for you of kindness and forgiveness if someone hurt you, you should try to forgive them and forget everything and that's the only way to make you happier and stress-free. Because when you never forgive you never forget and when you never forget it always hurt. So in this month forgive everyone and again be with them.
5. Spending time in solitude.
With so much busy schedule things really happening so fast and no one gets time to sit and take rest. While Ramadan gives us the chance to take breaks from our busy lives and connect with Allah. Many people offered Namaz five times a day but in normal days there're very few who continue so we must keep that habit for longer and offer Obligatory Namaz beside Optionally. Almighty will bring a unique sense of peace to the soul.
