Things We Have To Quit In Our Life
That's the famous saying which we have heard many times before but, I'd like to challenge that. We all can understand the importance of persistence and tenacity in our life and also give a lesson of it to our children but, we are not children we are adult and we learn to live life with purposes and sometimes life wants us to be quitters and there's nothing to the guilt you have to learn end something in life so you can start something else.
There are many things which we should quit today but I have collected 5 most important things:
1. Trying To Please Everyone.
I don't know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everybody. If you're pleasing everyone then it might be start time to say "No".
Being assertive is not selfish every time because sometimes please to everyone never gives you love and respect besides stress, misery, and frustration. So, be yourself and live your life happily.
2. Fearing Change.
Fearing change is the enemy of success. If you want to be successful in your life then do not fear changing, change fear.
People fear change because they lose control over their roles. The larger the change, the more they are going to feel like the change is being done to them and no one likes feeling powerless.
3. Living In The Past.
Yes, I have a past but I don't live to their anymore and I know that everyone has a past and it's really bad but it doesn't that what happened to you in your past the things will be the same as in future.
To get over the past you have to accept that because you can't master your future if you are still a slave of your past so, don't worry and focus on your present and try to make it better than your past and you'll see your best comes.
4. Putting Yourself Down.
Life is unpredictable, anything can happen but no matter what life throws at you, you just not to put your self down. Putting down yourself means that you believe you never get that what you deserve and you suddenly you may lose hope.
Even the most positive and confident people put down themselves but they were full of self-esteem. Whenever you feel that you just say out loud one thing in your head is"Stop I can do this and I will". And just believe yourself you're more than what you think.
5. Overthinking.
"Overthinking slowly kills ourselves". Yes, it is thinking about something is good if you want to start something but when you think too much instead of doing actions you are overthinking. And it leads you to paralysis.
The mind loves to overthink and it never stops so focus on doing actions instead of thinking too much because if you won't stop it leads your depression and anxiety. So don't think what can go wrong but can go write.
